E-Waste as defined in the Rules is waste electrical and electronic equipment, whole or in part or rejects from their manufacturing and repair process, which are intended to be discarded. Electric and electronic equipment means equipment which is dependent on electric currents or electro-magnetic fields to be fully functional. There is a need to encourage the recycling of all useful and valuable material from e-waste so as to conserve the ever-depleting natural resources. Recycling end-of-life products is vital if we are to save resources and minimize waste. Also, scientific disposal of e-waste reduces the environment pollution. The correct disposal of old products will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health.

We Nainko Exim Private Limited have a strong commitment to reduce electronic waste (e-waste) around us. With that aim it is our top most priority to take back the product after its end of life and to dispose it in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. At Nainko Exim Private Limited, we understand that electronic waste is a big threat to our environment and our company stands committed to follow the E-Waste Management Rules published by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) from time to time.
